The Banyers of Royston is proud to re-open it’s doors and offer you a unique dining and hotel experience, right in the heart of Royston.
The boutique hotel and fine dining restaurant is designed to a fantastically high standard, creating a luxurious yet comfortable place in which to relax.
The Banyers is now owned by husband and wife team Tony and Julie Roach. Tony has set out to create something special for the people of Royston, a place in which to stay, dine and relax that is both stylish and comfortable.
Tony explains, “When I eat out, I like the food and service to be of the highest possible standard, and that is our aim here at the Banyers.”
The Banyers is a family friendly establishment, with the whole family able to dine together.
Executive Chef Mark Edgeley has brought his creative flair to the kitchen along with Head Chef Bernard Lee and the Sous Chef in producing food of the highest possible standard.
